Every route below is an email address you can write to directly. There is a contact form in the app as well, but you never have to use it — a form that is the only way to reach a publisher is not really a contact route.

Anything to do with your account, your data, a subscription or a bug. This is also the general enquiry address if you are not sure where else to write. We aim to respond within 24 hours. You can also raise a ticket from the support portal when signed in, which lets you track the reply.

Editorial desk and corrections

Anything about something we published: a factual error, a source that does not support the claim attached to it, a request for clarification, or a right of reply. Corrections are handled under a published corrections policy — please read it first, because it tells you what to include so we can act quickly.

LedgerTouch is owned and operated by Tayyub Yaqoob, who is also the responsible editor for everything the research desk publishes. Editorial mail reaches him. More about the operation is on the about page.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give personal financial advice, recommend an investment, or tell you what to do with your own portfolio. LedgerTouch is a tracking and analysis tool and a publisher of information; it is not a financial adviser and nothing we send you is a personal recommendation. Questions about how a figure in an article was derived are welcome and we will answer them — that is a different question, and a fair one.
